Definitely a 1936-1937 GM product. Oldsmobile, Buick, or Pontiac. It sure looks long enough to have a straight eight underhood. I don't see any sign of '36 Pontiac trim and '37 Pontiac had different headlights. Rules that out. Headlight mount seems wrong for '36 Olds, low mounted taillight rules out '37 Olds.
