If it is 1967, Mini De Luxe (or Mini-Matic) should match combination of quarterlights, normal wheels, no bumper handlebars with grille and bonnet badge from UK Cooper. Aus did have Cooper (1962-63 as 997cc then 1963-65 for 998cc) but these were sliding windows with handlebars on bumpers; Mini Deluxe was its successor, still with 998cc.

Number plate on this one in episode 99 dates from 1965 - can't see enough of it to clearly identify it, but the bootlid badging matches the Mini Deluxe:
