This is a Peterbilt 388, as evidenced by an obviously shorter bonnet and registration plate bearing its model number. It is not a placeholder since running the plate through the NHVR returns a Peterbilt of this truck's description originating in WA. It's also common practice for fleets to have custom plates incorporating a prime mover's model number. |
