Registration number possibly CNY900 (or CNX900) both about 1937-1938.

Not certain but a 1938 Vauxhall 25 hp Ambulance [GY] looks to be the most similar. /vehicle_660593-Vauxhall-25-hp-Ambulance-GY-1938.html

Austin 18/6 is less likely by the rear wheel arch.
