Heavy-duty (1½-ton or 2-ton) model from the 1947-55 Advance-Design truck line indeed. Here with the 1947-51 rotating door handle and the 1951+ vent windows: a 1951 only model. From 1948 onwards, the cab of the models sold in Brazil was entirely locally built (pt) and mounted on a US chassis imported with its engine: it can therefore be set as Built in .For the record, the 1948-53 model was nicknamed Boca de Sapo (pt) in Brazil (i.e. toad mouth). |
