think this is a canadian Cockshott , notice fender shape , this tractors were nothing more then licensed Oliver tractors Link to "1.bp.blogspot.com" http://01d8dbd48adcc8c73da4-d4faae7879f75ca08e6726d3725263f4.r44.cf2.rackcdn.com/large_8463271.jpg |

It seems more like something industrial than agricultural. |

White did build backhoes based on Oliver tractors https://d323w7klwy72q3.cloudfront.net/i/a/2013/20131205const/H7943.JPG http://photos.yesterdaystractors.com/gallery/uptest/a165825.jpg and in the early 60s there weren't really purpose build backhoes, most just tractors with add-ons on them the one in the main has a cabin which screams after-market probably cos of cold canadian wheater -- Last edit: 2016-06-18 01:33:18 |

I suppose it could be called a Cockshutt 1600. |

I suppose it does match Oliver/Cockshutt and nothing else. Yeah, back then, a backhoe had about 50 or 60 horsepower at most and was a farm tractor or heavy-duty version of a farm tractor. |
