Thanks in advance I went from what was already listed on here, then went on wikipedia to see if those codes matched. GMTK2RC & GMTK2EC I got from comments from truckguy & GMTK2CC is a common used code for crewcab. Also GMTK2XX was used whenever there was no clear sign of cab size.
