Dennis 5-tonner - but don't yet know if I can recall a pre-war model name (most seem to have). It predated the 'Pax' introduced in 1945. The 'Mr Therm' logo was still seen in British Gas days 1n the 1950s and 1960s... -- Last edit: 2016-03-13 17:46:19 |

Dennis 70cwt (3½ Ton) forward control Ace chassis from November 1934 (Dennis had the habit of using hundred-weight (cwt) for n/control and tons for f/control in the 1920s and 30s.) The 5-tonner was only introduced from 1939. -- Last edit: 2016-03-13 17:56:34 |
