Not too early. After mid-1940, the bonnet sides have the slots rather than mesh inserts. The removal of the aero-screens and the adoption of more of a closed cab design was from 1943 according to a couple of web-sources including Danish Army Vehicles - past and present but I believe it could have been sometime during 1942. |
