Were these Advance-Design panels unveiled in 1948 only, in Norway, or in late 1947 as in the USA? What where the changes that make them specifically "made for Norway"? For what can be seen, the US equivalent seems to be the ½-ton model (1947-48 Thriftmaster / 1949-53 3100, both with the 3105 model code). -- Last edit: 2015-12-29 03:12:13 |

Due to heavy restrictions caused by the car rationing that was in force back then, it's unlikely that these found their way to Norway immediately after US launch - hence I put 1948 as default. It is made for Norway due to the local name variation (Varebil). |
