I think it's some Thai-built variant of the Daihatsu Mira. Daihatsu of Thailand had a whole range of Mira-based utility vehicles: Mira P1, Mira P4, Miracab, and Mira Mint. The site where I found this one calls it a 1996 Daihatsu Mira Mint, but I can't verify that independently.
