Same on another HK police 929 - /vehicle_720916-Mazda-929-LA4-1980.html - with nearby plate number. But civilian 929s - in HK and elsewhere - have normal Mazda badges eg /vehicle_547041-Mazda-929-LA4-1980.html , /vehicle_54535-Mazda-929-LA4-1980.html etc
