dsl ◊ 2019-05-01 12:21	April 87 L with 2-tone and red bumper inserts. Looks like Oct 87 boot badge after Austin was dropped.
Sandie ◊ 2019-08-10 22:55	Rather a Vanden Plas. Front bumper is not original - it's not two tone as it would be on a two tone car and the red inserts become chrome on the doors and rear bumper. There's far too much chrome for it to be a lowly L, plus the pinstrips and the blurry badge that's part of them point to a VDP.

An updated music system with Dolby and music search, newly designed alloy wheels and power headlamp wash were fitted as standard. The sunroof changed from metal to glass and electric operation could be specified at extra cost as could a new two-tone paint option.
