Away from home so can't check potential plate combinations for precise date. But looks like tints so probably 3500 is solid. |

Cancel the idea of an XC plate - no matching combinations issued for 76-77, so unlikely to be factory and we can stick with 3500. Not enough of the plate visible to pursue all the other possible combinations. |
