It's a very short cab-over. I can't see any exemple matching it here.

Looks like bus trailer to me.

Rhâ les salauds !

You're right! And it is trailed by a trolley-bus, vaguely seen behind Angelika's blond hair:

What do we do with this, now?

Dispose of it. Since it is not self-propelled it does not meet the site's criteria.

There'll be caravans next!

The trailer looks like LOWA W700, they had to be coupled with trolleybuses LOWA W601, W602 or W602a. Since 1964 East Berlin had also Skodas 9Tr and it looks that with them this trailer could work too.
IMHO it could be listed as "road set", if we knew by which one it was towed (under name of trolleybus plus type of trailer in extra info), but in this case there are still too many possibilities. So, I agree it has to go to comments unfortuantely.

If all numbers were used, the East-Berlin-BVG had 42 of these trailers in usage:
Quote

One trailer has survived: http://www.dvn-berlin.de/2agr/obus/agrobus_fzblowa.htm
