 The main car is a 2006-2008 prop NYPD vehicle. The one in the thumbnail is an actual 2008 NYPD model. They're both within the same basic year range so I don't know if you want to separate them or not. Unless the main car is visible throughout the series, it might be better to make the 2008 car the main one as we narrowed down the exact model year.

 Well, 2006+ NYPD prop cars are pretty rare (for some reason) so you could separate these both.

I guess the reasoning is: Why buy a new one when your fleet of 1998-2000 cars still look the part just fine?

 2009 is incorrect. It's a shame they aren't accurate with their model years.

Main pic has a kind of background role, and seen under two (similar) angles, other one is seen just for one second as parked car.

 In that case it's probably best to leave the actual show prop car as the main picture.
