In the show, Russ Hanneman (Chris Diamantopoulos) claims the color on his McLaren is a one-off done just for him. That is not true, as the color on the car is the standard Tarocco Orange, which was a popular color on the 650S. There is a 650S owner with this color who shows up to my local cars & coffee. I showed him this, and he thought it was funny. McLaren Special Operations (MSO) can paint your car a bespoke color if you throw enough money at them, so I'm glad they referenced this. |
