Incorrect. This truck is older than 2008 so it is not yet a Workstar. Workstars have a different design, primarily the headlights. Please see the second sentence in the linked Wikipedia article.

What threw me off was the lack of mufflers. Look at the exhaust and you'll see the lack of a muffler. 2007-2008 the US EPA required DPFs (diesel particulate filter) on all diesels. They act as a catalytic converter and subsequently also acts as a muffler.

Middle is, but not the far right. That looks to be an S-series International.
