Tatraplan had two types of dashboard's design available at the same time or this one, we see in movie, replaced the T87 alike one somwhere in 1949/50 (it was for sure before the production was moved to AZNP-Skoda). So again, this pic is dated for 1949, but the 1950 manual shows already a different dashboard, same like in car from movie (link to .pdf file - page 12). Other possibility is, that this "more chromed" dashboard with switches arranged in a single line (and less usual steering wheel) was used only in very, very early/pre-serial cars and in brochures.
