Not much difference between Super Imp and Chamois side trim - it's really only colours - Super Imp always black fill, Chamois was variable contrast to main body colour which tends to make Chamois more obvious in distant pictures - can't explain it but it just happens. This one could be Chamois or even just ordinary Imp with odd reflection - Super Imp my best hunch. Also Imp/Super Imp had separate colour choice from Chamois - not much help here, but this could be a Hillman green (difficult to be certain on this one, although if it's the one I'm thinking of which was a pale watercress soup colour it was 69+ facelift). |

Main and first 2 thumbs - plate is JWK 167E = March 67 Coventry issue, so probably factory registered, Super Imp badge now visible beside number plate and it's clearly pale blue, not green. So matches the second pair of thumbs in a sequence about a minute later, and likely to be the same car - probably a crew car. There's also a Commer Imp van in distance of main and first 2 thumbs. |
