1999 based on date of issue of plate. Other plates before and after this one all return 1999 Toyotas. In fact we even have AHP67Z here on this site: /vehicle_163348-Toyota-Land-Cruiser-J105-1998.html [J105] code for this one, because in 1999 in Australia, only the GXV model was J100.
