Please change name to Rolls-Royce unknown Experts surely can tell if this is a Phantom, Wraith or 25/30. |

No, unless the registration is traceable. I see no evidence in this picture to suggest that this might not also be a Daimler or an Armstrong Siddeley, for instance. -- Last edit: 2014-11-14 12:17:58 |

I thought this looked familiar but it's the location of /vehicle_732035-Buick-Series-60-67-1934.html , not the car. And probably the same context?? |

Chamberlain's car, I think. |

The car in the thumb is a Daimler V26 Straight Eight Limousine or possibly (but less likely) a Double Six, although King George V had a 1935 model. I do not, however, think that the car in the thumb is the same as the subject of the main picture. It looks like a Royal car to me, no numberplate. -- Last edit: 2014-11-16 20:52:21 |

Thanks. Two things did it, the glimpse of the radiator immediately said A S to me, but the shot with the policeman (Supt. by the braid on the peak) proved that the car was smaller than it seemed from the main picture. Whoopee, another one gone! |
