No Guys purchased by Oldham after 1928, no Guys purchased by Manchester Corporation Transport - ever. The bodywork looks like it was made by Crossley, the shallower rear windows over the back wheel was a design feature of Crossley bodies, so probably a prewar Manchester Corporation Leyland Tiger/Crossley, of which there were about 50 at least. -- Last edit: 2014-07-29 23:46:55 |
