I believe this is later than 1967. Partly because of the headrests that seams to be of 1970+ models, and partly because of the badge on the rear stem. I'm not sure, but I believe the badge either says 'Overdrive' or 'Automatic' like this one http://www.oldparkedcars.com/2010/02/1971-volvo-142e-coupe.html .
