The model designation is F, followed by a letter to represent the engine manufacturer, plus a number of cylinders if it's Gardner, plus another number to represent the carrying capacity. For example FG 5/15. The only thing you can say for sure is there won't be a Perkins in there. |

Foden was not exactly a world-wide manufacturer, so not that strange, except that the tram is more like 1915 than 1950. |
