 "Made for EU" because of Dodge grille with Chrysler logo and Chrysler badge on the drivers door (you cant read the text but Dodge model doesnt have text on the door).

Side indicators either overtaped or removed. Has US-spec amber turnlights

I understand that Viper show was filmed in Canada.

 it was filmed in Canada but the Chrysler Stratus was never sold in Canada. The only possible way is, that since this tv series was sponsored by Chrysler, that this is a prototype (for crash tests, engine testing, etc.) for european market.  Episode 3.02 [*][*] Dodge grille, chrysler blue ribbon logo and side indicators. This is by far the most appropiate car showing what the production car looks like. The Stratus' in other episodes are prototypes.

Episode 3.03 [*][*][*] YES, YEES, YEEES! A chase with my car! And i am always driving down the curb at that speed too :D Wow, i never knew you could drift like that with this heavy car.

EDIT: Double checked it. Its a weird prototype. Definetely Dodge grille with Chrysler logo but Cirrus rear. My first thought was they used two different cars. But last thumb proves it has Dodge front and Chrysler rear. On the production car its the other way. Chrysler front and Dodge rear. But its missing the mandatory cat-eyes and side repeaters.
