Pinzgauer is made in Austria. Ex yugoslav army bought Pinzgauers by Puch (Austria). Ex yugoslav army use model 710 m. In movies are used model 710m by ex army. What is strange? |

Field "Make" is not mean country where it was made. It mean plant or brand name. Model is not Pinzgauer 710 M, but just 710 M. |

Actually model is well Pinzgauer 710 M, but make is Steyr-Daimler-Puch. At least that's how they are listed on the site. |

"Steyr-Daimler-Puch" is written on the nameplate. EDIT: brand of cars on the site has been changed back to "Steyr-Puch". There were at least 2 types of nameplates. On one there was written: - manufacturer - Steyr-Daimler-Puch - make/model Pinzgauer on the other one: - manufacturer - Steyr-Daimler-Puch - make/model Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer 1st one was a bit confusing, but 2nd shows that Steyr-Puch is indeed the correct form for the commercial brand. -- Last edit: 2016-02-09 17:24:15 |
