The EMP Cannon causes to jam the throttle. ( i was just randomly pressing the screenshot button ^^) Episode 2.17 chases the old Sedan, chases the Viper, gets chased by the Viper, drives Offroad, nearly falls off the cliff but is rescued by the Viper.
