Its probably one of the ones that works like a scissorlift where it raises the lightbar several feet into the air to increase visibility |

This picture will explain it. This is on a 1970 Ford with the Maryland State Police with an older version of the lightbar. They could of been used in certain scenes, but thinking of that. I think this might be the only movie on the site I've seen with a lightbar like this one. |
