early Pagode, 230 SL was more common than 250 SL. |

As I see it it has the old hubcaps, so like ingo already said its a early built Pagode, and I'm also pretty sure that this is a 230SL. The 250SL was also very unpopular in Italy, because of the Engine which overheated a lot. |
