Apparently no 1951+ vent windows, and no details visible to say more than a 1947-50 model. Seems not to have the 2nd vertical reinforcement bar on the bed that is present on the 1947-53 ¾-ton pickup, so most likely a ½-ton pickup indeed. Which means, for the (default) 1947 model year, a Thriftmaster model, as the 3100 name appeared in 1949 only.
