1996 was the first year for the E-Super Duty. I have cross referenced the part sites and the wheel sites. The first 3 years of the E-450 (1996-1998) they were called E-Super Duty. 1999+ they were called E-450 and briefly in 2002-2003 we had the E-550 (beast). Here are the links to prove my assessment. Here is the part site. I went through 1992-1996 and scrolled down to Econoline and the first year for E-Super Duty was 1996: https://www.jcwhitney.com/ford/e-450-super-duty Here is the wheel site: Link to "www.hubcaphaven.com" That site does not indicate the first 3 years as being badged as Super Duty but from what Ford Guy has mentioned 1999 was the first year for E-450. |
