The movie was filmed in and around St. Petersburg, so it's more than likely this was I-275/US 19.

Yes, thanks for the tipp. I just looked on the map, without noticing, that the Route 1 has not the Interstate-logo. Due the supported carriageway of the highway, I thought about the Route 1, but Ddey65 is right, it is the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. We passed it in Mrch last years, too.
