Plate is A389 NNE or A369 NNE, which were genuine Manchester issues March/April 84 but no trace on check sites. Popular Plus for passenger mirror. That might explain it .... DVLA gives Date of Liability as 01 07 2005, so it lasted 21 years - not bad for an ex-police roller skate. |
