Because (bumpers aside) that's what it looks like /vehicle_676495-Bedford-CF.html as opposed to a Chevrolet/GMC Link to "www.search.ask.com" or Ford Econoline (shape is completely different, taillights shorter, etc). Dodge Ram Van also looks different...
