Definitely an S4 Series Gloria, S44 was a 2500cc powered Gloria (S40 was 1900cc 4cyl, S41 was 2000cc 6cyl) and the "E" was suffixed to the export models and as this is from a Japanese Documentary, it being an export designated model would be unlikely. Which ever it is, the belt line along the side would denote it as a Deluxe, also called Super. Most likely an S41D, which would be a 2000cc 6cylinder Gloria Super 6, or an S40D 1900cc Gloria Deluxe.
