The smallest engine ever fitted in any Royce after the completion of WW1 is 3127cc in the Twenty. As the registration date is 1/1/30 the car might be a late delivered 20, which was deleted in 1929, but as in 1930 the only models built were the Phantom II and the 20/25 3699cc, we must assume that this might be a 20/25 as it does not look big enough to be a PII, which was 7668cc in any case.

The coachbuilder looks like Hooper to me.
