https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M3_Half-track#Variants Ours, which seems to be equipped with an AA turret, has still to find its name. -- Last edit: 2015-09-26 19:29:35 |

I think it is a (december 42) IH M14 MGMC. |

this is an M3 not M5 based M5 never had fender mounted lights and front fenders are M3 , notice where they cross with main body at front http://i.ytimg.com/vi/BHQn8bclIHg/maxresdefault.jpg http://www.pixstel.com/white-m3-half-track_pics216-21656.jpg M5 by comparison , the front fender goes rather upwards Link to "onlytruecars.com" Link to "www.lonesentry.com" -- Last edit: 2015-09-26 19:53:45 |

Yes, the fenders exclude IH. The problem is this AA mounting, the one usually fitted on IH M14. |

you have to remember it's 2007 this "restored" vehicles aren't exactly accurate anymore , the gun mount could have been taken from other vehicle and fitted onto this White rear seems to be straight edge too http://pics.imcdb.org/5605/1071.jpg -- Last edit: 2015-09-26 20:48:49 |

Yep, you're right again, mike962. So, a M3 hull, with winch, mine-rack, and no 'pulpit' mounting, so not a M3 A1. |

I don't think this was intentional, but the fake gun they have mounted on it very strongly makes it resemble the T60E1 MGMC, a failed competitor to what became the M19 MGMC. https://i.imgur.com/xqEvmeN.jpeg It's way too small though, I think they were going for M15 CGMC. |
