Just wondering if this could be June 70 1204 Special which preceded 1100 Special. Very difficult to tell apart (which is probably why we don't have any listed - all our 1204 are 69my US spec), but 1204 had smaller tailgate window before the Sept 71 increase across the range - so all 1100 Special had the bigger window. To me there wasn't 1204 in France. The Special was intro there in may 1970, and then has been uptaded in september 1970 (for example got headrests). |

Use of 1204 Special name confirmed for UK - eg Link to "www.ebay.com.au" . No idea about name in France - googling just throws up millions of the US/CDN versions. |
