Looks like the bastard offspring of a Gremlin and an Abarth/Lombardi Grand Prix (eg /vehicle_340370-Lombardi-Grand-Prix-1969.html ) after a drunken episode behind the bus shelter. But it's 4-5 years earlier than either.
