In the thumb it's possible to see three "buttons" to the right of the speedometer. The top one is a Hazard warning lights that was introduced on the 1970 model. I used to have a 1969 Volvo 142 and it didn't have the Hazard warning lights, and as it happend the car occasionatly didn't work properly it was a slight worry if I would break down, I wouldn't be able to warn the cars behind, and they would run in to me. |

Also 1970 head restraints are good visible. |
