4x4 model with the transfer case hanging down, and front leaf springs. With the emblem under the front side marker light I'd lean towards Chevrolet. Some GMC's had an emblem there but mostly Chevrolets. 1969-72 Chevrolet Suburban K-series |

And since 4x4 Peru pointed out the fact that it only has six lugs, that makes it a K-10. |
