If #162, it's probably 1965 Targa Florio car of Giorgio Pianta/Giorgio Bassi, finished 18th - http://www.racingsportscars.com/make/archive/ASA.html . But there don't seem to be any Cobras - Link to "www.racingsportscars.com" ; that blue might be an Alpine works car such as #164 Alpine M65 or the A110s?
