FuegoTurbo ◊ 2012-04-16 09:17	Plate: Roma 3H9274 Displacement: 1275 cc Power: 45 KW Registration date: 14/11/1991 then it is a 1992 Rover Mini 1.3 Cooper, without fuel injection, but with carburetor and two-way catalytic converter. My brother had one of these Mini many years ago.
dsl ◊ 2012-04-16 12:46	Non-Cooper grille, and from plate data I think one of the first Mk6 1.3-engined Mini City (or local name). Can't match visible detail to a UK or export special edition.

FuegoTurbo ◊ 2012-04-16 14:37	At the date 11/1991, the Mini Cooper 1.3 Cat was the only Mini market in Italy. No other version was sold. The Cooper in 1991 was the first Mini with 1.3 liter engine sold after the Innocenti of the 70s, so it can not be a late registration. Surely this is a Cooper with parts of other versions. The Mini City was not marketed in Italy. @Gomselmash11: You can check the Italian plates to this page: Link to "www1.agenziaentrate.it" The site was created to check the schedule of tax payments, but may be used freely. Not included are plates of historic cars.

dsl ◊ 2018-08-05 11:55	Nov 91 was crossover between Mk5 1.3 "CAT" (carburettors, 60 bhp) and Mk6 1.3i (injection, 63 bhp). 45 KW seems to match 60 bhp, so entering as Mk5.
Bux_48 ◊ 2025-07-03 14:07	RM3H9274 was a 07/1993 issue, original registration date is indeed 14/11/1991. Listed as catalyzed and carburetted version. VIN: SAXXNNAMMBD026181, interestingly still registered, even if no traces of it being in circulation recently, so possibly sitting somewhere.
