It is the o 405 N indeed, not by ELBO though. It is one of the buses ordered and delivered between 1994-95, made in Germany. The ELBO o405, which was assembled in Greece(or ΕΛΒΟ C97.405N), is distinguished mainly by the smaller headlights, different and vertically placed rearlights and it was delivered between 1999-2000. Edit: Added info about the earlier version by ELBO I forgot to mention. The german version is still easily recognisable by its tailights, the rear window and other details.
