As it has additional lights it's more likely to be a Cresta, Velox's posh cousin. Also this is a Cresta /vehicle.php?id=233612 . |

No chrome waist strip on this red one, so I tend towards keeping as Velox. |

I don't agree. I believe this picture is too blurry to judge whether there's a chrome waist strip or not. What one can see are the the additional lights (very rarely fitted to a Velox) and, just, one chrome embelisher to a wheel (also standard equipment on a Cresta, but rarely seen on a Velox).
