The taillamp looks like of the 3rd gen. Ford Transit to be honest. It is not enough deep to fits to the VW LT II. Body maker used taillamps of the original van/chassis I pressume... |

What about being based on a VW Transporter T4? The wheel looks like that to me. Not sure about Germany but some ambulance services here use them with coachbuilt bodies. |
