2.3 litre (2279cc) Vauxhall slant-four so 'CF' facelift not 'CF2' which had 2.0 litre GM petrol or 2.3 litre GM diesel from mid 1984. The chassis cowl built before mid 1974 with the ambulance body completed later. |
