Front wing profile and turn-indicator light looks like Morris/Austin/BMC FG 1½-Ton to me.

Front turn indicator was a universal fitting and was also used on Rootes trucks and many buses and coaches.

Didn't notice the front wing Sunbar , I'd say your right on the mark a Morris or Austin FG 1½-Ton .
The single rear wheel and mudguard also look FG .
