Original company-made clip,or?

Just just cannot find it on Youtube, not enough time before starting the work. But I can contribute a Capri II-clip - the song was extra composed for it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANyWEXLo6u8

This neither: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yt48WcNeDY4&feature=related

@dsl: the composers of these, sometimes really avantgarde-ish soundtracks for such were well-known artists. The maker of the theme of this VW-clip
/vehicle.php?id=289708 later has created this worldwide known classic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkgtA30tZn8&feature=related

@ingo - Have you ever tried the Tony Hatch Orchestra? Many instrumentals, 60s-70s TV/film themes and producer for eg Petula Clark, Searchers etc. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHYt4eDiiQs , http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3hhhg6ECOo . This one is a good introduction Link to "www.amazon.co.uk" and Link to "www.amazon.co.uk" is definitely worth tracking down.

Some of their songs I've heard for sure, but without knowing, where they are from. That from the first Youtube was the entry of a radio-programme in the 70ies, from the NDR, I think. But no idea, from which specific broadcast.

Thanks for the tip. But I will not download it. This is barbarism :o I'll look for original vinyl, when I'll be the next time at this recommended shop: http://sounds-venlo.nl/Page.aspx?pid=21 . It's the biggest in the farer area, as an acquaintance, who has one of the biggest 1970ies Rock/Pop vinyl collections, has told me (btw.: since 1970 he's the chairman of the Germn Mungo Jerry-fanclub. For the very most years he was also the only member).

Oh, on the homepage there's a similar mistake as on the Hatch-cover. There's no Hatchback on the "Hatchback"-album, and here's no El Camino on the "El Camino"-cover http://www.sounds-venlo.nl/Detail.aspx?Id=6377187

You can watch this clip from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ag5JnN6Hqp0 , me not :/ Pure early 70ies

The Hatchback cover is also unusual for the plate on the Z4 from a Ford publicity photo - 1965 C on a car launched in Apr 66. I bet your mate who runs the Mungo Jerry fanclub also likes ... um ... "classics" such as http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjiTOXHd7kQ , http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQQ5sEOhbjQ&feature=related , http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r86v7g5PLmg&feature=related and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqmXLkJ8Bwk .

He knows that music, too, but he likes more the rock-songs from that years.
Annother fellow is the specialist for that taste. But these songs coming after his most loved favourites like the late 60ies "Sainz Tropez" or "Cocktail"-style" à la Berry Lipman, this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLoOllYSZWA etc. (as to find in may French-Italian movies from that years), of his bigger passion: the worst German covering of English or American psychodelic influenced popmusic. Very special, very odd, but we aren't the only eccentrics around ;)

His collection of 60ies/70ies commercial jingles is respectable, too. Like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lv-CrPqloaw
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7T-zNTFbDd8&feature=related
Link to "www.youtube.com" (as the "Das Boot"-theme from Klaus Doldinger, too. I cannot find the orignal clip - a scandal back then, because it was the first commercial in German TV with a topless girl! :wow: "Fa" is a shower gel),
Oh, this clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TNiLEhKkWk is worth to be listed at http://www.geschichtsspuren.de/ ("lostplaces.de" in the past), because the old opel-test track is abandoned since decades.

Back to the music: Do you have an idea, who problematical it was in the pre-Internet-, expecially pre-Youtube-times, to find these childhood memories again? For years I only had a bad, TV-recorded VHS-movie-copy as only chance to enjoy one of my most favourite movie-soundtracks: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qy5sWCFokM&feature=related One reason was, that the original song was relaunched two times, one one B-side of "American Breed"-single and on one specific and rare 60ies-pop-sampler.
Same with this higher favorite: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXtm1xu5pMY&feature=related Only a VHS-tape I had, it's not on http://www.amazon.de/Best-Spencer-Hill-Various/dp/B000025NMA

A desparate hunt over years was also, to find a copy of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKKbGuaxcvI For years my mate had only one audio cassette in so bad quality, the he couldn't make a copy for me.
